I've never done this type of method before and to be honest, I was very sceptical. I am a mom of 3 and struggle with the "mom pouch". My sessions were to concentrate on helping me tone this up a bit. I am an active Crossfitter and I have a good diet plan but still with a mom pouch. Really wish I had the confidence to take before and after pictures because I am VERY satisfied with my results. Very!!
